About the Author

J. Rudy Spears is the president of Human Resource Network, which is located in Tequesta, Florida. Mr. Spears obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree and Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi, with emphasis in Human Resource Administration. He worked in banking for more than 15 years as a member of the senior management team. He was Florida Director of Human Resources Consulting for McGladrey & Pullen, LLP and is the past president of the Sarasota and Daytona chapters of the Society for Human Resources Management. He is a past national and state chairman of Financial Trade Association Human Resources Committees.
