The purpose of this manual is to provide a compliance management resource for managers. It contains an in-depth discussion of the major compliance regulations affecting financial institutions.. — Jeffrey Torp
Organized by individual laws and regulations, this manual is a full compliance management resource for managers. The manual not only contains an in-depth discussion of the major compliance regulations affecting financial institutions, but also has two key elements that provide useful tools for maintaining compliance and assessing your level of risk: checklists and a risk-assessment matrix.
An operational check list for each regulation helps you assess how well you comply. The risk-assessment matrix is a tool that will assist you in identifying your level of compliance risk for the major requirements of each regulation.
And a fully interactive CD-ROM, which links to the full text of the law, is included in your subscription.
