See all of our expertsLending is the bread and butter of your bank’s business. It’s a tricky area – subject to losses due to economic downturns, portfolio mismanagement, loan officer judgment errors, and regulatory difficulties due to compliance errors. And, with different people managing different areas in different ways, oversight becomes a real problem. It’s easy to lose control and end up with problems where there shouldn’t be any. Problem loans absolutely must be managed effectively and efficiently while minimizing charge-offs.
What you need is a comprehensive, internally consistent loan management system and Sheshunoff’s Community Bank Loan Management system is exactly that. This two-volume set of manuals is an encyclopedia of lending, designed to be a central loan library, conspicuously displayed and available to everyone involved in lending. It covers lending from A to Z — from the allowance for loan losses to workouts. It’s all there: consumer, real estate and commercial lending; lending with financial statements and lending when the financial statements are meaningless; loan documentation procedures; loan grading systems – you name it — the comprehensive Community Bank Loan Management system has it.
This two-volume set plus CD give you informative, expert guidance for all lending areas, plus guidance to executive management and the board.
