Jacob W. Reby is a member of Lewis, Rice & Fingersh L.C. in St. Louis. He received his L.L.M. in Corporation Law from New York University in 1971. He received his law degree from St. Louis University in 1970, where he was a member of the St. Louis University Law Journal. He received his B.S.B.A. from Washington University in 1968. Mr. Reby was a contributing editor of Modern Banking Forms (Warren, Gorham & Lamont), 1981 – 1991, and a contributing author of Modern Real Estate and Mortgage Forms, Cumulative Supplement No. 2, 1979. He has served on the Committee Council of Corporation Law and Business Organization Committee of the Missouri Bar Association. He is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. He currently serves as a Director of The Private Bank, St. Louis, Missouri. He is a frequent lecturer on Uniform Commercial Code, acquisitions, real estate, and banking matters.
