Kurt R. Mattson received his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, and his Masters of Law (LL.M.) from the National Law Center at George Washington University. He has worked in legal publishing throughout his career, including positions at West Publishing in St. Paul where he contributed in the development of KeyCite and WestCheck, and as an editor for BNA's Pike and Fisher for the Federal Rules Service, UCC Reporting Service, and the Federal Local Rules Reporter.
Mr. Mattson has updated BSA/AML Update for A.S. Pratt and has assisted with the production of Structuring and Drafting Commercial Loan Agreements and The Law & Regulation of Financial Institutions. He is currently co-author of A.S. Pratt's Mortgage Procedure Guide to Federal and State Compliance and the Lender Liability Law Report. He is also a monthly contributor to a sales performance magazine and other business and legal publications.
Mr. Mattson is the Director of Library Services and Training at a law firm in Las Vegas, Nevada.
