D. Hill Rose, CTP, is an independent treasury consultant. Mr. Rose gives clients practical, hands-on expertise from his broad range of experience as both a corporate treasury officer and a consultant. Mr. Rose graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina with an AB in economics, with honors. He received his MBA in finance at the University of North Carolina as well.
