Brad Smith is president and CEO of Abound Resources, a management consulting firm that helps community financial institutions grow, save money and improve their use of technology. As a consultant for a variety of community and financial institutions for the past 19 years, he has completed more than 500 vendor evaluation projects in de novos to multi-billion dollar institutions. Brad has also served as lead negotiator for community financial institutions on over 200 software, hardware and outsourcing contracts valued at $100 million. Previously, Brad served as manager of Deloitte & Touche’s Community Bank Technology Consulting Practice and as technology advisor to several community financial institution trade associations.
